A Message About My Mission
My mission is to maximize resident satisfaction. To reach this end I need to ensure that guests get a special experience and live in an environment filled with sought-after amenities and the feel of home. My 30 years of flying experience with the national airline have taught me to provide exceptional contributions to customer service and safety requirements. My long term experience in the hospitality industry has taught me how to meet and exceed expectations with service that sells. I have assisted in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining high levels of service and high safety standards is of utmost importance in every organization. I have a passion for the sea and enjoy sea trips by boat around the beautiful coast of Malta or by Stand Up Paddleboard. I enjoy travelling, a good movie, and a glass of wine. I love to cook and barbecue with friends at sunset. I am a father of three beautiful daughters and own two Siamese cats.
